What kinds of media can you digitize?

We specialize in digitizing photos, slides, negatives, photo albums, VHS & VHS-C, Hi8, MiniDV tapes, cassette tapes, CDs, and vinyl records. Our add-on services also include things like restoration, labeling, organizing, and creating custom photo books.

How do I get my items to you?

We provide free pickup and drop off delivery to clients in the Greater Houston area. For now, we are only offering services within this area.
What’s the turnaround time?

Most small to medium projects take 1–3 weeks from time of pickup to delivery, dependent upon seasonal demand. Larger collections or restoration work may take a little longer. We’ll give you a clear timeline after your consultation.
How will I receive my digitized files?

All clients receive digital files in a secure online gallery for easy viewing, sharing, and downloading. We also include your media on a USB drive, and larger packages may include an external hard drive.
Can you repair or restore damaged photos or videos?

Yes, our restoration add-on can fix fading, water damage, scratches, and more. We’ll evaluate your materials before starting and provide recommendations and cost estimates.
Will you organize and label my files?

Absolutely. Our labeling and organizing service ensures your digital files are clearly named by date, subject, or event. We’ll work with you to decide on the structure that best fits your archive.
Do you return my original items?

Yes, always. Once your project is complete, we return all original media safely packed along with your digital copies.
Do you back up my files?

We keep temporary encrypted backups for 30 days after delivery, in case you need replacements or additional copies. After that, all data is permanently deleted from our system for your privacy.
